Benefits are not intended for current property owners currently listed or subject to an existing listing agreement or buyer's subject to an existing buyer agency agreement. If you have signed a buyer agency or listing agreement with another broker then you are bound by the terms of those agreements and unfortunately you won’t be able to enjoy the benefits associated with the buying and selling of a home. However, you may be able to take advantage of some of the additional benefits being offered.
As long as you were an employee in good standing at the time you signed buyer agency agreement, listing agreement or completed a credit application you are eligible for and will receive the corresponding benefits upon successful closing of your purchase, sale or refinance.
We recognize the sensitivity of working with client’s and their personal financial decisions. That is why we will never report to your employer the names of any employee or family member that utilize the benefits associated with buying, selling or refinancing a home. The only information that will be reported will be the number of transactions we were able to assist employees and their family members with and sanitized reviews and feedback.
There are three things we ask for in return:
1. At the completion of a transaction, the employee provides us with their feedback about their experience working with us;
2. You share your experience with your employer, fellow employees, as well as family and friends;
3. Participate! Participate in the educational seminars, events and ask questions…lots and lots of questions.
